在中環威靈頓街上，Preface Coffee的外觀上寫著一個大大的標語：HOW DOES YOUR FUTURE TASTE LIKE?（之前為HOW’S YOUR COFFEE TODAY），非常顯眼也很有趣的一句話！Preface Coffee是一家結合咖啡、酒以及科技的咖啡廳，簡潔的裝潢，純白的設計，相當有未來感，上網查了一下發現，他們家是使用人工智慧來沖泡咖啡，很新穎，讓人很期待咖啡的風味如何。

ESPRESSO TONIC就是濃縮咖啡加上通寧水，在夏天是一款蠻熱門的咖啡飲品，那天剛好天氣很熱，所以就點了一杯來喝。整杯喝起來平衡順口，濃縮咖啡和通寧水之間的比例調配的剛剛好，氣泡也很足，有點難想像是人工智慧做出來的咖啡！

Preface Coffee真的給人一種未來科技感的氛圍，蠻適合在裡面辦公，或是跟客戶開會，雖然座位不多，不過座位底下都有附上插座，時間上也沒有限制，在中環走樓梯走累了，也是一個很好休息的咖啡廳，推薦給大家！
