如果曾經到過長洲且愛喝咖啡的人，一定去過這家冰滴咖啡店。啡寮就位在糯米滋名店-允升甜品的對面，一入店門口，牆面就掛著冰滴器具，水泥的裝潢加上工業風的設計，長洲的炎熱天氣，一下子就被融化了。

他們家的咖啡基底都是冰滴咖啡，我點了長洲冰滴咖啡，非常好喝！！！有超級濃郁的巧克力及煙燻感，但完全不苦澀，當天的天氣很熱，一口喝下這杯冰滴咖啡，瞬間透心涼～

如果來長洲，一定要來這家咖啡店，尤其是現在這炎炎夏日，去附近的東灣沙灘玩完之後，喝一杯冰滴咖啡，超級消暑啊～
