店家簡介｜Sip 淺嚐
Sip位在屯門的一處安靜的地方，店面不大，看上去很簡約，位子不多，但裡面的裝潢讓人感覺很寧靜，也非常安靜。店內不提供Wifi，老闆的說法是，希望大家到他的店裡可以暫時放下工作，緩解一下現代壓力。
菜單內容
這裡只有販售咖啡，咖啡豆則分為四種系列：ENCOUNTER｜INNOVATIVE｜SELECTIVE｜COFFEE TREE，可做成美式、拿鐵或是手沖咖啡，前兩者就是以一般的義式咖啡沖煮方式。
如果不太知道怎麼挑選，也可以直接詢問老闆，他會依照每個人喜歡的口味下去做挑選！
餐點內容
我點的是ENCOUNTER日曬豆，來自巴拿馬的豆子，做成冰美式。圖片中的咖啡是他們店家的冰美式比例，真的很濃，濃到我真的無法相信這是一般冰美式的比例XDD，幸好這裡可以依照個人口味調整濃淡，總算是調整到一個比較好入口的比例，後韻是很強的煙燻黑巧克力味，我蠻喜歡這款豆子的，只是原本店家的咖啡比例，有點太過強烈。
整體評價
Sip Coffee是一家很適合想要獨處，或是放下工作緩解壓力的人來，因為這裡環境真的是太安靜了，安靜到連打鍵盤的聲音都聽得到XDD。價格方面我覺得真的是太高了點，同款價格是可以在別處喝到更好的精品咖啡～以上給大家參考。
